CONTRACT SERVICES

Basic Service Agreement

A labor only service agreement contracted through MJT Communications will provide the following benefits:

You will receive priority service.  An eight-hour response time is guaranteed, however we usually respond within 2 hours. 

ALL labor costs associated with hardware/operating system failures on machines covered by contract.

Remote and on sight diagnostics.

Reduced installation costs of hardware/software if the hardware/software is purchased through MJT.

Technical phone support 24/7.

 

Full Service Contracts

Full network administration plus all of the benefits of a Labor Only Service Agreement:

Maintenance of your network.  I.E. adding and removing clients, access control for your server, internet restrictions, e-mail clients and printer control.

Emergency Parts Replacement.  We will keep spare parts on hand to cover hardware failures.  The spares will remain at your location until the failed part is replaced.

Reconfiguring and/or relocating equipment including but not limited to servers, workstations, printers and phones.

Liaison with other parties involved with the operation of your network. I.E.  Phone companies, software developers, Internet providers, web masters etc.
